Vehicle listings
All vehicles are sold by IHS Enterprises Pty Ltd (LMCT 00000). While we take care to ensure listings are accurate, specifications, pricing and availability may change without notice. Photos and details are a guide only — please confirm details before purchase.
Pricing
Prices marked "Drive Away" include applicable on-road costs as indicated. Where a price is shown as excluding government charges, those costs are additional. We will confirm the full drive-away figure in writing before any sale.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Compliance
Imported vehicles are supplied in accordance with the Road Vehicle Standards Act and relevant Victorian registration requirements. We do not represent that any modified or non-complied vehicle is road-legal unless expressly stated for that vehicle.
Deposits & cooling-off
A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Where a cooling-off period applies to your sale under the Motor Car Traders Act 1986 (Vic), it and any terms will be set out in your sale contract. Deposit, cancellation and refund terms are governed by that contract and applicable law.
Used-vehicle warranty
Where a vehicle is eligible, a statutory used-car warranty may apply under the Motor Car Traders Act 1986 (Vic), in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Eligibility and terms will be confirmed at the time of sale.
Finance & repayment estimates
Any repayment figures shown on this site (including our calculator) are estimates only and are not a quote, an offer of finance, or credit assistance. Actual terms depend on your lender, credit assessment and fees.
Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
